Booking and Hunt Deposit Policy

Hunts are booked on a first deposit received basis. If you wish to rebook for the same week that you hunted, or another week that is to your liking, please make arrangements before you leave Camp with Mike Connett. This will ensure that you will have first priority for next year‘s hunt. If you do not do this we will then book on the first deposit received basis. We will work with you on this but you must let us know before you leave camp!

To book your hunt you will need to send 50% of your hunt cost to:

Personal checks, certified checks, money orders or VENMO made out to Wide Rack Outfitters are acceptable. The remainder of your hunt balance will be due 1 August of the year you are hunting. In the event of a cancellation by the hunter, Deposits Are NOT Refundable, but may be transferred to a replacement hunter for the exact same dates. Please coordinate all transferred hunts with Mike Connett. Hunts are booked on a first deposit received basis.We book on an individual basis for each available Hunt Spot. Each hunter even if coming with a buddy or a group is responsible for their Hunt deposits and final payment.

Your final payment for your hunt will be due 1 August of the year that you are hunting. Once this final payment has been paid it is Nonrefundable. We highly recommend you purchase Trip Insurance for your hunt.
